Like its siblings, the Google Pixel 10, this smartphone is quite deceptive. It is similar to the previous Pixel 9 in some ways, but it actually offers fewer features while introducing new ones at the same time. What’s most interesting, however, is that despite being very similar in certain departments, the Pixel 10 is actually remarkably different.
We’ll go over the reasons why we think the Pixel 10 is so much more than just its unassuming exterior in this review. Take advantage of the Google Pixel 10’s up to 256GB of storage.

The Pixel 10 is visually similar to the Pixel 9 when it comes to design, that much is clear. The phone’s height and width do not change, and its thickness only increases by 0.1 millimeters. In fact, the only thing that has changed is that the camera bar on the back is a little bit thicker. The Pixel 10 weighs 6 grams more than the Pixel 9, despite their similar design. This extra weight will probably feel good in your hand if you like your phone to have a little bit of weight to it. It might take some getting used to for those who prefer a lighter phone. The Pixel 9’s final design features include Gorilla Glass Victus 2 cover screen and IP68 ingress protection. As you can tell, there’s not much to shout about design-wise on the Pixel 10, but considering we loved the refinements made to the Pixel 9 last time around, we’re quite happy with the result here.
The display’s brightness sets the tone. The Pixel 10’s display is also nearly identical. There’s a 6.3” OLED Actua display with a refresh rate cap of 120Hz, as well as support for HDR. The resolution remains unchanged at 1080 x 2424, giving the images an HD quality that is clear and crisp. Brightness is the primary improvement from generation to generation, just like it is with the premium Pixel 10 Pro XL siblings. The Pixel 10 has a maximum brightness of 3000 nits, compared to the Pixel 9’s 2700 nits, which puts it within striking distance of the 10 Pro XL’s 3300 peak brightness. This means that the base Pixel 10 has the same peak brightness as the 9 Pro XL, which is great to see on Google’s mid-range phone. For the purpose of discussion, this means that
